ECTFE / HALAR®

ECTFE / HALAR® coating

ECTFE (Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene) possesses excellent resistance to corrosion (acids, bases, solvents), no solvent damages this coating below 120°C. It has high resistance to abrasion and mechanical shocks. It has very good resistance to bad weather conditions and UV, excellent di-electrical resistance. It is possible to machine the film where thick layers are applied.
