Sprayed Polyurethane coating

The elastomer properties of polyurethane make it a material that is very resistant to the dynamic, aggressive effects of impact, shocks, vibration, friction or abrasion. It is possible to machine this coating.

This coating ensures:
– Protection against wear
– Prevention against erosion, corrosion and cavitation
– Protection against shocks
– Prolongation of the material’s life
– Reduction of noise levels

Applied by special spray onto the prepared or raw surface, can be machined on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, epoxy and plastic structures

• Thickness: 1mm to 8mm as standard, but available on request up to 20mm
• Tensile strength: 20 N/mm² to 24 N/mm²
• Elasticity: (stretching 100%) 7 N/mm² to 13 N/mm²
• Resistance to tearing: 55 N/mm² to 68 N/mm²
• Elongation at break: 380% to 275%
• Resistance to temperature:
• Dry: -50°C to +95°C
• Humid: + 60°C
• Agrifood approved coating available on request
